A personal experience about Fear!
Have you ever felt your heart race or your mind get blank all at once? Fear is a strong emotion that can grip you in an instant and catch you by surprise. I remember when fear completely took over me. It was a time when my dad got really sick I never really thought something like that would ever happen. As sons and daughters we don’t ever want to think about are parents getting sick or dying. But on that one day, I experienced something I never want to ever again. It was on November of 2023 my Dad had gotten really sick, I didn’t think to much of it, but later that day he was taking by ambulance to the hospital. We went to go see him there the next morning and as we were there with him in the hospital room, a few hours after that his blood pressure dropped and he went into cardiac arrest. In that moment I never felt fear the way I did, the way it processed in that moment I just thought about the future and how my dad wouldn’t be there to see me graduate or for the family moments. ...
